Returns and Refunds
Art Is All She Said partners with the highest ranking professional printers, based in the US, Germany and England, to produce the best quality giclee prints using a carbon-neutral process and sustainable fine-art grade paper. We have gone the extra mile to offer you the highest quality and best experience possible. If you have questions or issues with your order, please read our policies below and contact us .
Damaged Prints
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. To initiate this process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the print. Make sure to provide photos of the damaged mail container and print, along with a brief description of the damage.
Change of Mind
Returns: If you decide to return a purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund. Because each print is processed per order, we are required to charge a 20% processing fee for returns. Please be sure to include "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject heading in your email. As soon as you hear from us, please post your return within 15 days of the date our response email is sent to you. Please bear in mind that we must receive the print in the same condition it was sent to you. If it has been used or changed in any way, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a refund is warranted, we will issue within seven business days, a refund to the same method of payment used to purchase the item.
Exchanges: If you decide to make an even exchange for another different print of the same size and price, we are happy to do so. Please contact us within 7 days to begin the process:
use "EXCHANGE REQUEST" in the subject heading of your email;
provide us with the size and name of the print you would like to purchase, as well as the size and name of the print you are returning;
Include your address and phone number.
Once we have confirmed the exchange in an emailed response to you, please send the print you wish to exchange within 15 days. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
We will initiate the order for the exchange, within 7 days of receiving the print.
